Lahore: The liable court exonerate everyone accused in the illegal income tax money laundering case, including Sharif Shehbaz, Hamza Shehbaz, and Jawaria Shehbaz.

 According to the finer points, the Responsible Court of Lahore has articulated the conclusion in the tax money loundring case; in the verdict, fifteen charged individuals, including the head of state Shehbaz Sharif, Hamza Shehbaz, and Jawaria Shehbaz, would be exonerated.

In the judgment, it was said that the charge of money laundering could not be proved in the investigation of the reference, 16 accused including Shehbaz Sharif, Hamza Shehbaz are named in the reference.

In the NAB reference, Shehbaz Sharif, Hamza Shehbaz, Sulaiman Shehbaz, Rabia Shehbaz, Nusrat Shehbaz were made parties, in which the Sharif family and others are accused of money laundering and creating illegal assets worth more than 7 billion 32 crores.

The accountability court has ordered the issuance of permanent warrant advertisement of Shahbaz Sharif's daughter Rabia Imran for non-appearance.
It should be remembered that on July 5, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, his sons Hamza and Sulaiman, along with others, filed petitions in the accountability court for acquittal in the money laundering reference.

In the petitions, it was contended that NAB made a false and fabricated reference of money laundering.  Assets of Shehbaz Sharif, Hamza Shehbaz and other accused are as per law which have been disclosed in FBR, Election Commission. 

It should be remembered that on July 5, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, his sons Hamza and Sulaiman, along with others, filed petitions in the accountability court for acquittal in the money laundering reference.

According to the lawyer, NAB does not have any evidence related to these allegations and there is no possibility of proving the reference on this basis.  Therefore, the court is requested to acquit Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Hamza Shahbaz, Sulaiman and others from this reference.

 It should be noted that in May, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) declared Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and his family innocent in the money laundering reference.
